Skeye has received the clearance from CAA-NL to operate multiple Drone in a Box (DIAB) flights simultaneously using a single remote operator. This privilege has been added to the company’s LUC license making it possible to operate BVLOS with multiple drone in a box systems (DIAB) simultaneously in all EASA member states.
This capability is enabled by mature operational procedures, automated flight systems, a robust remote operations framework and tested emergency procedures. It allows Skeye to maintain control and oversight across several active drone operations without compromising safety or data quality.
Designed for scale
Operating multiple DIAB systems in parallel supports efficient scaling of drone operations across sites and regions, both onshore and offshore. It enables continuous monitoring, repeatable missions, and flexible deployment.
Operational efficiency
Centralized remote operations reduce the need for local presence while maintaining consistent standards, system awareness, and operational control.
Looking ahead
Skeye continues to advance remote and automated drone operations, focusing on scalability, reliability, and safe integration into daily operations.
